International Orders (
Items being shipped outside Sweden) will be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. Espresso Gear is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by the importation of products into countries other than Sweden. The customer is responsible to pay all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country. Espresso Gear AB is also required, by law, to declare full value (purchase price) of the product on any waybills or customs documentation. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid. Thank you for your understanding.
Order Status and Confirmation
An email confirmation is sent to you when the order placed and, if requested, once again when it is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online (when tracking is available). If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please email sales@espressogear.com and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Shipping and Order Processing
Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. Larger orders generally ship within 1 weeks of the order being placed.
Refunds & Returns
If you purchased a product directly from the Espresso Gear website, we offer a 30 day refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, and documentation that shipped with the product. Our Support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for replacement. All returns must be shipped to Espresso Gear prepaid. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Support via email at: sales@espressogear.com.

Returns & Replacements
We at Espresso Gear take our customer service and reputation very seriously. You are entitled to choose a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit if the products you’ve bought are:
• Faulty
• Significantly different to those shown or described to you
• Not doing what they’re supposed to do.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don’t automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind. Always keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
If for some reason you are not happy with our product we are glad to exchange or refund your purchase price within the first 14 days. Refunds and exchanges can only be accepted on new and un-used merchandise. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Please contact us to obtain return authorization numbers before sending back any items, items that are received without a prior return/exchange authorization will not be accepted! If you have any concerns or issues about your sale, please contact us directly.
Ordering
Please check you order confirmation mail that is sent to you as soon as you press "complete order". If any changes are to be made please email order@espressogear.com.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment terms. End-Consumers that pay with Credit Card will receive a order confirmation instantly by mail. Please save the information for future reference. Retailers and distributors have the option to pay via Invoice. New customers that choose Invoice option is required to pay at least 50% of the order value before the goods are shipped. When goods are received the remaining balance is to be payed within 7 days. Failure to do so, will result in a penalty fee of 19%. After you have placed your order a invoice/Proforma will be sent to you via mail. IMPORTANT NOTE: The order will not be confirmed before the StartUp payment is made.

Paypal is a option and will be accepted but with an additional charge to cover fees. Use sales@espressogear.com to transfer the order value.
Eco & ethics
Espresso Gear is involved in fair-trade and sustainable development work. Our products always have a well thought through production plan. We will also work towards having a lifecycle analysys made of every new product.
We have allways worked hard to find the best materials possible for my products. And i mean "best" in many aspects including eco-related. We have, after consulting and studying, decided to stop producing components for my products made from endangered wood such as Bubinga, Mahogany, Wenge. I hope that my fellow competitors follow my example. Wood such as Birch and Oak will be used in combination with oil and stain treatment to achive beautiful effects.
We always look for recycled materials for production including Silicone, Nylon, Stainless Steel etc. Our designer is in charge of finding and buying material for the production.
