Returns & Replacements

We at Espresso Gear take our customer service and reputation very seriously. You are entitled to choose a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit if the products you’ve bought are:


• Faulty .

• Significantly different to those shown or described to you.

• Not doing what the product is supposed to do.


When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don’t automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind. If for some reason you are not happy with our product we are glad to exchange or refund your purchase price within the first 14 days. Refunds and exchanges can only be accepted on new and un-used merchandise. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping.


Please contact us to obtain return authorization numbers before sending back any items, items that are received without a prior return/exchange authorization will not be accepted! If you have any concerns or issues about your sale, please contact us directly.
