Yes, it's new and yes, another divine object from Timemore to lust over. It's the younger sibling from the world renowned Kickstarter super grinder Chestnut X. Suitable for most coffee types and coffee-loving types.

FEATURES

• Burrs: S2C, spike to cut, sharp and efficient and made from martensitic steel (SUS440)
• Body and container made from aluminum alloy 6061
• Base has anti-slip rubber

HOW TO ADJUST THE BURRS

Start in position 0 (the arms of the adjustment dial are pointing to the small screw holes). From there – the higher the click, the coarser the coffee.

• Espresso: 5-7 clicks
• Pour Over: 13-16 clicks
• French press: 17-22 clicks

For the love of great grinders please do not ever, ever, ever grind between 0-3 clicks, you will forever ruin the greatness of your precious burrs. 

Oh, and the grinder comes with a brush for a reason – clean it, love it, hug it.
