Espazzola Grouphead Cleaner

CLEANING TOOLS

Waste no more time on removing coffee grime from espresso machine group heads; the Espazzola will not only revolutionise your daily cleaning but reach parts that you couldn't before. It may look strange but you will be amazed by the results.

Espazzola is mounted into the group-head like a portafilter and uses the hot water from the machine for a thorough removal of the coffee residues. Instead of brushing the group-head by hand, the machine cleans itself almost automatically. You can even add a Tevo Cafetto tablet in to give it an extra clean.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Espazzola consists of a rigid cup section that can be inserted into the group-head like a portafilter. A flexible insert - the membrane - is mounted into the cup.The flexible membrane adapts to the group-head. All areas in this narrow and hot part are wiped off simultaneously - up to the sealing gasket and into the slot for the portafilter cams!

At the same time, the hot water from the espresso machine is used to flush the group-head thoroughly. It is then safely guided over the rim of the cup into the drip tray.

With this clever principle, cleaning all surfaces in a group-head takes less than 20 seconds and is as easy as pulling an espresso shot. And that without any big spills or burnt fingers! The espresso machine cleans itself almost automatically.

WHY SHOULD YOU BUY IT?

Speed - takes just 20 secondsMuch faster than conventional brush and cloth
Much more thorough than doing wiggling
You can easily clean the sealing gasket and bayonet groove
You don't have to burn your hands with hot water
Massively reduces the mess caused when cleaning
     BPA free and dish-washable
    Poke free steam nozzles
    Hex socket for screwdriver bits
Please note: Currently the Espazzola is available in a single size only. Please make sure the portafilter of your machine has two "ears" or "hooks" and an open diameter of 57 to 59 millimeters!
Often it is easier to measure the diameter of the tamper: this should be between 56 and 58 millimeters.
