Here's an easy recipe to get you started. Perfect for daily use or weekend slow brews.
You’ll need:
20g medium-coarse ground coffee
Fresh hot water (around 94°C / 201°F)
Stagg XF dripper and filter
Timer and server
Step-by-step:
Rinse the filter with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat your dripper. Discard rinse water.
Add 20g of ground coffee to the dripper.
Bloom: Pour 40g of water and let the coffee bloom for ~40 seconds.
Main pour: Slowly add the remaining water in circular motions until you reach 320g (target time: 1:45).
Let it finish dripping (total time: ~2:30).
Enjoy your brew! Yields about 600ml of beautifully balanced coffee.
