International orders: UPS Standard, UPS E-Expedited, or Schenker
Orders within Sweden: DHL Service Point or Schenker

For international orders shipped outside the European Union, please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by your country’s customs authorities. Espresso Gear is not responsible for any such charges. The customer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import departments of their respective countries.

By law, Espresso Gear AB must declare the full purchase price of the product on all customs documentation and waybills. We cannot declare a lower value than the amount paid. Thank you for your understanding.


Order Status and Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If requested, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at sales@espressogear.com, and we will assist you promptly.


Shipping and Order Processing

Our standard order processing and shipping days are Monday through Friday. Larger orders typically ship within one week from the date the order is placed.
