Crystal Eye Brewer Set Smokey V02

BREWING SET

We spy with our Crystal Eye... a true treat for that coffee lovin' someone or a gift to yourself. Whether a new starter or a coffee brewing pro, life won't feel complete without the right brewing gear. This new kit from Timemore not only looks amazing – the performance is pretty darn special too.

And no, your eyes haven't misted up with emotion.
This set is smokey black.

The structure of the dripper isn't just good to look at, it has purpose.

It's designed with a concave principle, the lower area of the dripper, instead of slowing down the brew actually increases, making the water flow more smoothly and the extraction more uniform.

There are 3 levels in the design:

1 - Insulating level - the filter paper completely attached to the smooth top part of the dripper so water cannot get through.

2 - Brewing level - where the brewing action should take place.

3 - Powder level - the ground coffee will fill the bottom area which is less ribbed and more flume to encourage the water flow and thus reducing the chance of over extracting.
