A responsive touch control panel makes it easy to set and maintain your desired temperature. The built-in temperature hold function keeps the water ready while you prepare your brewer, weigh your coffee, or pour multiple brews in a row.
With a 900 ml capacity, the kettle is well suited for manual brewing methods such as V60, Kalita Wave, and other pour-over setups. The slim gooseneck spout allows steady, controlled pours that help maintain even saturation of the coffee bed.
